Premier Training Systems is excited to start our cycling classes @ OneTen Cycles in Mendota Heights MN! This is a group cycling class, designed to take your cycling experience, fitness and education to the next level!
The Coaches:
Levon “Lev”, the powerhouse behind Premier Training Systems and your guide to crushing new fitness goals every week! With over 14 years of experience, Lev’s coached athletes from 13 to 65+ years young, fine-tuning techniques and pushing limits at every level. He’s a Level 1 USA Cycling Certified Coach with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from The College of St. Scholastica – so he knows his stuff. But Lev isn’t just a coach; he’s a fierce competitor! He ran and cycled his way through college and went on to race regional and national races as an Elite Category 1 cyclist. Get ready – with Lev on your team, you’re in for some fun and motivating training! See you later gloomy winter days!
Stacy, a cycling dynamo with years of riding and coaching under her belt! She’s not just any cyclist; she’s competed at regional and national cyclocross events and just took home the win at the 2024 Chequamegon Amateur Women’s MTB race in September! With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica, Stacy brings serious expertise to the trails. And if you ask her about mountain biking, get ready – she’ll be grinning ear to ear and might just inspire you to hit the trails yourself!
Our Goal
Our cycling classes go beyond the typical workout—they’re designed to optimize your body’s biomechanics, maximizing strength while reducing the risk of injury and pain. Led by expert coaches Lev and Stacy, both seasoned cyclists with advanced degrees in exercise physiology and physical therapy, each session is tailored to boost strength, power, and pedaling efficiency for both indoor and outdoor cycling.
We welcome all fitness levels and abilities. Lev and Stacy offer personalized guidance and feedback, answering any questions to keep you on track and help you achieve your cycling and fitness goals.
Class Schedule: Each class offers a unique ride and workout experience. Our schedule is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to sign up for one or two days per week. For those with a busy work or travel schedule, try our À La Carte option!

Each session is 4 weeks
1 class per week = $120 /session
2 classes per week = $220/ session
À la Carte: Purchase a 4-class punch card and choose class days that fit your schedule. $130
1st Session starts the week of December 2nd - December 29th
2nd Session starts the week of January 6th - February 2nd
3rd Session starts the week of February 10th - March 9th
