FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING. INJURY PREVENTION. FOR ENDURANCE ATHLETES 

What does it take to stay healthy as an endurance athlete? It often takes doing some core and strength work outside of your desired sport to keep your body moving in a healthy and optimal manner. What this entails varies from athlete to athlete and sport to sport. 

We specialize in creating athlete-specific programs by evaluating each individual’s biomechanics and the demands of their sport. We use this valuable information to design a program focused on injury prevention, improving strength, and maximizing performance. If sub-optimal movement dysfunction is identified during our evaluation, this will be addressed to improve efficiency (you will go faster!) and reduce injury risk.

Monthly Custom Strength Program

The custom program starts with an initial consultation to learn about your training background, lifestyle, stressors, past injuries and current limitations. Clients find this highly educational and beneficial as part of the process. As coaches we also enjoy getting to know you during this consult so we can design the best program for you. 

Getting started:

  • Contact us so we can set up the proper consult to fit your desired program. Consultations range in price depending on your desired program and where you live.

  • Please fill out the Athlete Assessment Questionnaire and your coach will contact you within 24hrs to discuss the next steps.

  • Initial consultation in person with coach ($50). Price varies via phone consultation.

Your training and ongoing support 

This customized sport specific strength program is designed for athletes who want to focus on quality strength and mobility movements to improve their performance. After your consultation we will create a fully customized strength program. The program is progressive and evolves based on your performance. Your coach will develop your specific program every 1 - 2 weeks and adjust the upcoming weeks based on your current performance and ability.

 Plan Includes 

  • Custom built training plan to fit your specific schedule and endurance goals 

  • True Coach online training calendar/app where you will have all your exercises, demo videos, and places to record your results and be able to instant message your coach for feedback.

  • At anytime during your programming, you will have the ability to send a video of a movement if you feel you need more instruction or are having any pain with any of the exercises

  • One on One sessions with coach. ($50). Recommended each month.

Price: $150 per month

Individual - One on One Sport Specific Strength Training Session

Personal training is designed to help you set and achieve personal fitness goals through proper exercise and education.  When beginning your personal training program, we start with an intial consultation. In this consultation we discuss your short term and long term goals, expectations, overview of program analysis with tracking and progress and the reasoning behind the key exercises.

Personal Training includes:

  • Analysis of flexibility and strength imbalances with corrective exercises

  • Strength training

  • Core training

  • Flexibility training

  • Balance, coordination and stability training

$100 per hour
